Our House
Ryan and I bought a house! It's in Layton, and so far we are loving it. I moved in the middle of May and Ryan of course will move in after we are married. We are so excited, being a homeowner is a lot of work, but it has been fun :o) Here are some pictures!
Front Entry
Laundry Room and Half Bathroom
Family Room
Backyard
Back Deck (It's covered and we love it out here)
Dining Room
Kitchen
Living Room
Living Room (Other side)
Spare Bedroom (Guess we'll have to have a boy or redecorate ;o)
Office
This isn't all of the house, but it is where I have things setup and looking half way decent. There is still the Mother-In-Law apartment in our basement my bedroom (which is kind of messy right now) and I still need to take some pictures of the front of the house, but it's getting kind of dark right now so it will have to wait for another day. I have a feeling we will be living here for a long time though, so I'm sure I will have plenty of time to get more pictures to post :o)

We're Engaged!
Ryan finally asked if I would marry him, and I of course said yes! It is now official folks. We've been planning it since the end of last year and now I feel like I can finally let everyone know. We will be getting married on July 7, 2011.
His proposal was very creative, and caught on video. If we can get it edited to fast forward through the boring parts we'll get it posted for others to enjoy as well. My real wedding ring is still being made so Ryan got me this ring to wear in the meantime. Double benefit, I have a backup up ring that is simple and elegant that I can wear when we go on adventures that I won't want to lose my real ring on!
I'm very excited to be marrying my best friend!

Surprise!
Ryan has been planning a surprise for me for the last couple of months. I had no idea what the surprise was or what it involved, but He kept telling me I would LOVE IT!!! Those were his words, and He was right! I do LOVE IT!
He happened to remember that my favorite candy is Chewy Gobstoppers. NOT regular Gobstoppers, they must be the CHEWY kind. Then he had Sherie help him turn them into this :o) This has to be the best flower arrangement I have ever received!
Thank you Ryan! I was really surprised when you gave me my flowers, and I still love them!

Jeepin'
Ryan and I went jeeping with his parents a couple of weeks ago. We went up American Fork Canyon and it was so much fun, the drive was very pretty as well. Here are some pictures that we took.
This was so much fun, and so close to home that we will have to do it again. It was a great afternoon!
This is the four of us by Forest Lake
At first we didn't think the trail would be very rough, then we got to this part that goes up to Forest Lake. WOW! It was real 4-wheeling, and so much fun!
The weather was beautiful, and so were the trees.
I was outside taking pictures, but Ryan says his Mom was getting really scared and was certain the jeep was going to roll when he drove up on this rock.
I was having fun popping out of the sun roof and taking pictures.
Headed back out we stopped to take pictures of the water.
This was a really pretty little waterfall.
Then there was this really cool cascading waterfall.
This was so much fun, and so close to home that we will have to do it again. It was a great afternoon!
